The NFL offseason is always an interesting time for the National Football Leauge. This is the time when teams reassess their individual teams. For the San Fransico 49ers is something the team is definitely doing. There are a few positions on the team that have some interesting battles for the starting spot.
I personally think that the Wide Receiver position is the most intriguing. Now Deebo Samuel is most likely the main target in the wide receiver group. The other spots are where it gets more interesting. Brandon Aiyuk as a rookie will have to prove himself but shows a lot of promise. The 49ers have also resigned Kendrick Borne who is such a reliable Red-zone target. Trent Taylor and Jalen Hurd are both coming back from injury. There is a lot of potential but unknown as well.
The CornerBack position is also very interesting. Emmanuel Mosley has branched out as a solid player. The team now has to find out what to do because Akkelo Witherspoon is still on the team and a very good player. These two players will have to battle it out and the team will have to make an overall decision on who to start opposite Richard Sherman.
The Offensive Line is interesting with the guard position. The team has brought in a few players to compete at guard and back up guard spots. This is interesting in getting all the offensive line players on the same page. They also had to replace their long time Left Tackle Joe Staley. The offensive line will be so interesting to watch with new talent coming in.
There will always be new talent coming in and challenging players and making sure that teams are getting the best player in the starting spot. This will forever be the case. NFL teams will forever be looking to get better overall.
